I have damaged my program CD. How do I get a replacement?

Solution: Send us your damaged CD and we will send you a replacement at the cost of producing the CD plus postage. E-mail us first and we can inform you of the exact cost to you so that you can include payment with the CD.
This offer only applies if you have the current version of the software title.

When I print get I faintly coloured dots in background

Solution: This can occur when running a program with a 16 bit color depth with certain printers. Changing to a higher color depth before running the program should solve this problem.
To change the color depth right click the mouse on an empty area of the desktop and choose "Properties" to bring up the "Display Properties" options. Select "Settings" from the top menu of the Display properties and you will see an option to change "Color Quality" or "Color Depth". Set this to 24 or 32 bit color and click "OK".
